The four things that tend to worry people about an unfamiliar shop, answered in order.
Card details are entered on our payment provider's own secure interface, so your number never passes through this site and we cannot store it. We see the last four digits and the result, and nothing more.
We collect only what an order needs and never sell information on. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, or ask us to delete anything we are not required to keep for accounting, by writing to the address in the footer.
Tell us and we will fix it: refund, replacement or carrier enquiry, depending on what went wrong. Send a photograph and an order number and you will get a refund, a replacement or a courier investigation started — whichever the situation calls for.
There is one newsletter and it goes only to people who opted in, with a one-click unsubscribe. Transactional email about your own order is separate and will continue, because you need it.
Read what each listing gives you — materials, contents, how it is meant to be used — before you order. Lay the garment flat, measure the same points the chart uses — chest, waist, length — and pick the column that matches, not the letter.
Composition and care are listed in full on every product page, including the awkward parts — a print that must not be ironed directly, a knit that prefers drying flat. Knowing that before the parcel arrives prevents most of the disappointment.
A size that does not work is a straightforward return: thirty days from delivery, unworn with tags on, refunded to the card or account that paid. Fit is not something either of us can judge through a screen, so a wrong size is treated as a normal return rather than a mistake you have to justify.
Photograph it and send the order number, and the return postage is ours. Send a photo and the order number; we cover the return, and you decide whether you would rather have the item replaced or the money back.
We keep what a delivery needs — name, address, email, contact number — and the order history for accounting. Card numbers are handled by the payment provider, marketing email only goes to people who asked for it, and nothing is sold on.
The contact address in the footer reaches a person who can see your order. Requests for a copy, a correction or a deletion are answered within a week, and you never have to explain the situation twice to a different person.
