FAQs

Short answers to the questions that come up most. If yours is not here, email us and we will add it.

Ordering

You can check out as a guest; an account is not required. Orders are confirmed by email immediately, and a second email follows when the parcel is dispatched with its tracking number.

Delivery

Dispatch takes one to two business days and transit is normally three to seven business days. Any import duty is set and collected by your own customs authority, and the carrier will ask for it before handing the parcel over.

Returns and exchanges

You have thirty days from delivery to start a return. Items come back unused with tags on; refunds are processed within three business days of arrival, and we cover return postage when the fault is ours.

Products and sizing

Every listing names what it is made of and what comes in the box. Where a size matters, the listing states it; if a figure you need is not there, write to us and we will check the piece we hold.

Ordering questions

Can I change or cancel an order?

Yes, if it has not been picked. Write to us with the order number as soon as you can; if the parcel has already left we will say so and point you at the returns process instead. Changes after dispatch are handled as a return: send the original back and order what you actually wanted. That is faster than waiting for a swap to travel in both directions.

Do I need an account?

No. Registering only saves you retyping an address and gives you a page listing past orders.

Payment questions

Which payment methods do you take?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express and PayPal. The checkout shows only the options that work for the delivery country you have chosen, so nothing is offered that cannot complete.

Is it safe to enter my card here?

Your card details go to the payment provider, not to us — the form is theirs and the connection is encrypted. We see a result and the last four digits, and nothing more.

Delivery questions

How long will my order take?

Expect dispatch within one to two business days, then three to seven business days in transit, longer for outlying areas. Remote destinations can take up to twelve, and we would rather give you that range than a date we cannot keep.

Can I track my parcel?

Every parcel is tracked and the number arrives with the dispatch email. If nothing moves for five days, tell us and we will open an enquiry with the carrier.

Returns questions

How do I start a return?

Write to our support address with the order number. You will get a reference number back, and a prepaid label if the fault is ours. Please wait for the reference before posting anything — it is what lets us match the parcel to your order.

How long does a refund take?

Refunds are processed within three business days of receipt. Banks then take their own three to five days to display it, which is the part we have no control over.

About the listings

How accurate are the descriptions?

Everything on a listing is checked against the item in front of us rather than copied from a supplier sheet, including the drawbacks. Where a colour reads differently under different light we say so, and where a size runs small the listing says that too.

What if the item is not as described?

Then it is our error, not your change of mind: we cover the return postage and you choose between a replacement and a full refund including any shipping you paid. Send a photograph and the order number, and we will arrange the return at our cost and refund or replace as you prefer.

Do sold-out items come back?

Small runs mean a sold-out piece often does not return, which is why a listing disappears instead of showing as unavailable. Occasional restocks do happen, and the honest answer is that we will not keep a listing up on the chance of one. If a particular item is coming back we would rather say nothing than promise a restock we cannot control.
